King Solomon Secondary School

King Solomon International Schools was established out of necessity in the 2nd day of February 1988 in a rented apartment of No. 16 Ibiono Street, Uyo, with a population of 10 pupils, two teachers and one administrative staff. This idea became possible through the vision and inspiration of a mentor, and a founding father, Late Obong Aniefiok Asuquo together with his wife Lady Grace Asuquo. Between 1988 and 1994, the state Ministry Of Education granted approval to the School to Operate from Nursery to Primary Six.
In September 1992, King Solomon International Schools relocated to its permanent Site at No 9 Ben Udo Street, Uyo where it is till date. The 1st batch of pupils totaling about twenty (20) sat for the FSLC examination in the Year 1994.
